Prize claims
If you believe you hold a winning entry, include your full name, registered email, entry numbers, and the draw date in your message. Do not send government ID by email unless specifically requested by our team through a secure process.

Our office monitors messages Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (excluding statutory holidays). Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.
